Christmas
| Here are the final plans: Paul and Natasha arrive on Friday Dec. 16. Mark and Kristin arrive on Saturday Dec. 17. Carrie, Jim and Fin arrive on Wednesday Dec. 21. We all go to Bucca Di Beppo's on Thursday Dec. 22 for a family dinner. Paul and Natasha leave on Dec. 23 for Ft. Lauderdale, FL to spend Christmas with Tasha's family. The rest of us have Christmas Eve at our house. Mark and Kristin leave on Dec. 25 to go back to NYC. Carrie, Jim and Finn leave on Dec. 27th. Ma and Pa Bretz take down Christmas decorations on January 2nd and leave for Florida on January 7th for a week of R and R. This will be a "fabulous family" Christmas and we're really looking forward to it. |

well now that the travel plans are all squared away - can someone send over a pumpkin pie recipe? Natasha is hosting a Thanksgiving celebration for our group of NYC transplants and I'm in charge of bringing the pumpkin pie. Let me know if there's a family recipe out there. I really want to use a pecan shortbread crust for it, but I've never done that before. Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, doesn't it? :-)
